2. Informational nature of the site
- Site content is informational and commercial. It is not a binding offer, nor legal, tax, financial or engineering advice.
- The project types we show are illustrative examples, not completed projects or real clients.
- The Funding & incentives section summarizes public and private programs with links to their official sources. Each institution sets its own rules, amounts, rates and dates, and they may change. Always check the official source and consult your accountant or adviser before deciding. AgroWatts does not guarantee that you will obtain any grant, loan or tax benefit.
3. Quote tool and estimates
- The quote tool provides an estimated pre-sizing based on general assumptions (solar resource, market prices, CFE tariffs). It is not a formal quote.
- Prices, generation, savings and payback are approximate. The real result depends on the site visit, detailed engineering, CFE interconnection feasibility and current equipment prices.
- Only a formal written proposal signed by AgroWatts binds the parties. Its terms prevail over any estimate on the site.
4. Catalog, equipment quotes and shop
- Catalog sheets are informational. Availability, price and conditions are confirmed in the quote we send you.
